Ingredients
1 package (8oz) slice fresh mushrooms
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup teaspoon dried thyme leaves
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons canola or soybean oil
1 jar (12oz) fat-free beef gravy
Directions
- In medium bowl mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, thyme, and ketchup.
- Shape into 4 to 6, 1 inch think, patties.
- Fry the patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove patties to a plate; keep warm.
- Drain off grease from skillet.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add mushrooms, cook and stir until softened.
- Add gravy and patties and cook over low heat until warm.

I really liked this dish, though my patties burned, I turned skillet down to medium but it was pretty good, mushrooms were the kicker! Thanks
