Beef Pasta Casserole

What am I having for dinner?
Beef Pasta Casserole
Green Salad

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1 (14.75 ounce) can cream corn
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and mushrooms until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender, drain.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese, and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through.

If you make this dish let me know what you think.

Prep for tomorrow, tonight: We will be having hamburgers tomorrow. If you keep your ground beef in the freezer, pull it out. I also keep my hamburger buns in the freezer.
