Garlic Oven Fries

Garlic Oven Fries

4 medium red potatoes, each cut in 8 wedges
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  2. Spray 15x10x1 inch pan with cooking spray
  3. In medium bowl, toss potatoes with oil to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with basil and garlic salt.
  5. Arrange in single layer in pan.
  6. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 minutes, stirring once, until potatoes are tender but crisp on outside.
