Pizza

I am going to make my pizza from scratch today, using my handy bread machine. You can join me or you can order out, heat up your favorite frozen pizza, or buy frozen pizza dough to make your own.

Pizza Dough Ingredients
3/4 cup Water
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

Pizza Dough Directions

1. Put all ingredients into bread machine in order listed at room temperature.
2. Set your bread machine to a dough setting and about 1:30 later your dough will be ready
3. Pat dough into a 12x15-inch jelly roll pan or greased 12-inch round pizza pan. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Pizza Dough (in pan)
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings

Pizza Directions

1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F
2. Spread pizza sauce over dough.
3. Sprinkle toppings over sauce. (I like to put a little cheese, the rest of my toppings and then a little more cheese.)
4. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
