Grilled Fish

Grilled Fish

Ingredients
2 lbs. Orange Roughy (or favorite fish)
1/2 vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
generous sprinkling of lemon pepper seasoning
generous sprinkling of garlic salt

Directions

  1. Place fish in a shallow dish for marinating.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and pour over fish.
  3. Marinate several hours.
  4. Grill or broil over medium heat until fish is white and flaky.
