Honey Chicken

Honey Chicken

Ingredients
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat chicken dry.
  3. Arrange in a greased 9X13 baking pan.
  4. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan and then add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Pour mixer over chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered, basting every 15 minutes, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
