I am only posting 5 days this week because of Thanksgiving. I have a feeling most of you already have plans for food on Thursday!

Next, I want to explain what I have called the 'free day'. I have used other menu planning services and found that there was always one day that my family would eat out. The free day is the opportunity for you to either eat out, catch up to my meals if you are behind, or make something that you or your family loves.

Grocery List

Baking Supplies
1 tablespoon Corn Starch (Sweet and Sour Chicken)
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (Sweet and Sour Chicken)
1 1/2 cups Flour (Swiss Steak)

Basic Cooking Ingredients
1 tablespoon Canola Oil (Chicken and Noodles Skillet)
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (Sweet and Sour Chicken)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (Swiss Steak)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil (Swiss Steak)

Beverage
1 cup Red Wine (Swiss Steak)

Canned Goods
1 8 ounce can Pineapple Chunks, with juice (Sweet and Sour Chicken)
2 14.5 ounce cans tomatoes Diced, undrained (Swiss Steak)

4 pounds Flank Steak about 1/2 inch thick (Swiss Steak)

1 pound ziti uncooked (Sausage Ziti Bake)

1 medium onion chopped (Chicken and Noodles Skillet)
1 cup carrots baby-cut, cut lengthwise in half (Chicken and Noodles Skillet)
1 large onion chopped (Sausage Ziti Bake)
2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced (Sausage Ziti Bake)
Green Salad (Suggested Side)

1 clove Garlic minced (Sweet and Sour Chicken)

Be sure to check you refrigerator and pantry for any of these items that you already have. Also, don't forget to add items for breakfast, lunch, THANKSGIVING and every day items. Going grocery shopping is much easier if you have a list of everything you need.
