Chicken with Honey-Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 of a 16-ounce can (1 cup) whole cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  2. In a large skillet cook chicken in hot butter over medium heat about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet reserving drippings in skillet.
  4. Keep chicken warm.
  5. Stir cranberry sauce, honey, and ginger into the reserved drippings in the skillet.
  6. Cook and stir until heated through.
  7. Spoon cranberry mixture over chicken.
