Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds round steak - lean
1 large bell pepper - sliced thin
1 onion - chopped
3/4 cup beef broth
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 garlic clove - pressed
3/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Directions
- Cut the steak itno serving size pieces.
- Brown the meat in a little hot oil before addint to crockpot.
- Place the thinly sliced peppers in bottom of crockpot.
- Arrange the meat on top of the peppers, careful not to stack on piece directly on top of another.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for about 4 hours.
