Crockpot Beef and Peppers

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds round steak - lean
1 large bell pepper - sliced thin
1 onion - chopped
3/4 cup beef broth
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 garlic clove - pressed
3/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Cut the steak itno serving size pieces.
  2. Brown the meat in a little hot oil before addint to crockpot.
  3. Place the thinly sliced peppers in bottom of crockpot.
  4. Arrange the meat on top of the peppers, careful not to stack on piece directly on top of another.
  5. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours or on high for about 4 hours.
