English Muffin Pizzas

This week I picked up Thomas English Muffins for $1.50 for a 6 pack. (The Grocery Game purchase.) I decided I am going to make English Muffin pizzas for lunch.

Ingredients
English Muffins
Pizza Sauce (or spaghetti sauce)
Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Meat topping (optional)

Directions

1. Divide English Muffins in half and place on cookie sheet.
2. Top muffins with pizza sauce, just enough to cover.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top
4. Top with any meat topping. (I have ham and turkey lunch meat that I am going to cut up and put on top)
5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. (until cheese is melted)

You can also put in microwave if you like for about 5 minutes. (I prefer it from the oven.)
