Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Place chicken breasts snugly in flat baking dish in one layer.
- Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- When ready to bake, turn chicken, cover dish with foil and bake 1 hour.
- Remove foil, baste well, and bake uncovered and additional 15 minutes.
