Bumping this to the top. Check out how saving your grocery bags can save you money reading 5 cents = 31 Dollars at the Grocery Store! found at Money Saving Methods.
What do you do with all of those plastic grocery bags that you get when shopping?
I use them for my daughters diapers. I wrap them up in a bag and through them out. I also use them to line the trash cans that are in the bathrooms so I can easily take out the trash with them.
With all these uses I always seems to have a ton left. Krogers, Walmart, and I am sure other stores have bins that you can put the bags to have them recycled. We should all use them.
Let me know what you use the grocery bags for.

Hi! I taught a choir for Kindergarten - 2nd grade last year with our homeschool group. I had a limited budget.
I took my Kroger bags and tied a knot in the handles. Then I cut slits up from the bottom almost to the handles.
This made little pom-poms. The kids loved marching around and waving their pom-poms to the different styles of music each week.
I stored them on a couple plastic links I borrowed from my 12 month old.

What a creative use for grocery bags!
I use them as garbage liners too. I don't have a lot left in the house though since I now bring some cloth bags when I shop. If I remember to take them with me!
