Orange Honey-Glazed Ham

Ingredients
4 - 5 pound Ham
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place ham face down directly into baking dish or roasting pan.
  3. Cover tightly with lid or foil and cook for approximately 25 minutes per pound less 30 minutes needed for glaze.
  4. Remove ham from the oven ½ hour before end of cooking time.
  5. Mix sugar, honey and orange juice in small bowl until well blended and apply evenly over the surface of the warm ham.
  6. Cook glazed ham uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until product center reaches 160°F.
  7. Carve ham just before serving.
