Ingredients
4 - 5 pound Ham
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place ham face down directly into baking dish or roasting pan.
- Cover tightly with lid or foil and cook for approximately 25 minutes per pound less 30 minutes needed for glaze.
- Remove ham from the oven ½ hour before end of cooking time.
- Mix sugar, honey and orange juice in small bowl until well blended and apply evenly over the surface of the warm ham.
- Cook glazed ham uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until product center reaches 160°F.
- Carve ham just before serving.
