Crockpot Beef Roast

Ingredients
3-4 lb. beef roast (sirloin, rump, brisket)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Place roast in crockpot.
  2. Empty dry soup mix and mushroom soup onto roast.
  3. Cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

The roast makes its own gravy.
