Maple-Glazed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
1 package (6 ounces) long grain and wild rice mix
1 1/2 cups water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix rice, seasoning packet and water in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2.
  3. Place chicken breast on rice mixture.
  4. Drizzel with maple syrup.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
  6. Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
