Ingredients
1 package (6 ounces) long grain and wild rice mix
1 1/2 cups water
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Mix rice, seasoning packet and water in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2.
- Place chicken breast on rice mixture.
- Drizzel with maple syrup.
- Sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
- Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
