Pumpernickel Bread

I am making this recipe today for my mom. She requested I make mini loaves for her birthday. When she found out there was cocoa in the recipe she wasn't surprised she liked it so much.

Ingredients
4 ounces milk
4-6 ounces water (I start with 4)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup molasses
1 tablespoon butter
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

I put everything in order in my bread machine on the dough setting. Then I put the dough in the a pans to rise for 30 minutes to an hour. I bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

That is a good one. I normally expect to have left overs with a roast. But, that one, I never do.
