Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- While the chicken cooks, mix together the salsa and sour cream.
- Pour over the chicken, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning chicken once.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
