Sour Cream and Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  3. While the chicken cooks, mix together the salsa and sour cream.
  4. Pour over the chicken, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning chicken once.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
