Oven-Fried Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
48 ice glazed frozen chicken wing segments
1/4 cup cayenne-pepper hot sauce
Bottled blue cheese dressing, for serving
carrot and celery sticks, for serving

Directions

  1. Place racks in top and lower third of oven and heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  3. Arrange 24 wing segments on each pan.
  4. Place pans in top and bottom of oven and roast 30 minutes.
  5. Switch pans and cook 20 minutes more, until skin is crisp.
  6. Using tongs, transfer wings to a large bowl, drizzle with pepper sauce, and toss until wings are coated.
  7. Serve with blue cheese dressing and vegetables on the side.
