Ingredients
48 ice glazed frozen chicken wing segments
1/4 cup cayenne-pepper hot sauce
Bottled blue cheese dressing, for serving
carrot and celery sticks, for serving
Directions
- Place racks in top and lower third of oven and heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray.
- Arrange 24 wing segments on each pan.
- Place pans in top and bottom of oven and roast 30 minutes.
- Switch pans and cook 20 minutes more, until skin is crisp.
- Using tongs, transfer wings to a large bowl, drizzle with pepper sauce, and toss until wings are coated.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing and vegetables on the side.
