Quick and Easy Pot Pie

Ingredients
Crust
1 1/4 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Filling
1 1/2 cups cooked, cubed turkey
1/2 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/4 cup (or 1 package) chicken gravy mix
1 cup milk


Directions

  1. For the crust, combine bisquick, 1/2 cup milk, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the filling ingredients.
  5. Heat and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Pour into a pie plate.
  7. Spread the crust mix over the turkey filling.
  8. Place the pie plate on a baking sheet, and bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
