Skillet Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 package (16 ounces) mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups hot mashed potatoes

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, combine all the ingredients except the potatoes over high heat; mix well.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from the heat and top with the hot mashed potatoes.
  4. Serve immediately.
