Fajitas

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken
1 onion, thinly slice
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon oil
10 flour tortillas (7-inch)

Directions

  1. Slice chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
  2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Top with the onions and peppers.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, lime juice, and oil.
  5. Pour over the onions and peppers.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  7. Using a slotted spoon, serve a few pieces of chicken and vegetables on a flour tortilla.
  8. Wrap the tortilla around the contents and serve immediately.

We ate this last night and it was so yummy! We put lettuce, tomato, cheese, and a little ranch dressing on our tortillas. We will be making this again!!
