Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to broil and line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Place chicken on pan.
  3. In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and mix together, then evenly spread a dollop of mixture on each chicken breast.
  4. Broil in preheated oven, turning and frequently coating with remaining herb/butter mixture, for about 15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
Let me know what you think about this simple, deliscous and juicy dish.

We made this for dinner tonight and everyone LOVED it. Nicholas, my persnickity five-year-old, had thirds!

Annette,

That is great! There is no better thank you for the work you put into making dinner than a someone asking for more. (Especially though picky eaters!)
