Crockpot Chimichurri Pork Roast

Crockpot Recipe Wednesday

Ingredients
3 pound pork roast
2 tablespoons  dried parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
  1. Place pork roast in crockpot.
  2. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over pork.
  4. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
