Easy Beef Burgundy

Crockpot Recipe Wednesday

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef round steak or beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup beef broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 package (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
3 cloves garlic minced


Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in 4 1/2-quart slow cooker. 
  2. Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 7 hours or until beef is tender.
