Maple Dijon Pork Chops

Crockpot Recipe Wednesday

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
4 boneless pork loin chops
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions
  1. Place onions in the bottom of slow cooker
  2. Place pork chops on top of onions
  3. In a small bowl, wisk together salt, pepper, maple syrup, chicken broth, and mustard.
  4. Pour mixture over pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
