Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into thin strips
2 cups water
1 package (3 oz) ramen soup mix, any flavor
1 bag (16 oz) stir fry vegetables (defrosted if frozen)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice

Directions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet; over medium high heat.
  2. Cook chicken in skillet 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until browned.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Heat water to boiling in skillet.
  5. Break up noodles from soup mix into water; stir until slightly softened.
  6. Stir in vegetables.
  7. Heat to boiling.
  8. Boil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in soy sauce, Chinese five spice, and chicken.
  10. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot, making sure chicken is cooked.
