Any Day Chicken

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, rinsed
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Chicken and cook, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Reduce heat and cook about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a platter, and keep warm.
  5. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion powder to skillet and cook, stirring, to bring up the brown bits, about 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken back to skillet and cover to cook chicken until done.
