Classic Crockpot Pot Roast

Crockpot Recipe Wednesday

Ingredients
3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped into large pieces
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced into large pieces
1 large onion, peeled and cut into fourths
2 pound pot roast
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

Directions
  1. Place potatoes, carrots and onions at bottom of crockpot.
  2. Place roast over vegetables.
  3. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat.
  4. Sprinkle all of the spices over meat and veggies.
  5. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
