Crockpot Recipe WednesdayIngredients
3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped into large pieces
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced into large pieces
1 large onion, peeled and cut into fourths
2 pound pot roast
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
Directions
- Place potatoes, carrots and onions at bottom of crockpot.
- Place roast over vegetables.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat.
- Sprinkle all of the spices over meat and veggies.
- Cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
