Pancakes

I can't believe it but my stock pile of Bisquick has run out. So, I came up with this recipe for some great pancakes. (We like our pancakes on the thinner side. If you like them thicker try a little less milk.)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons White sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
4 tablespoons butter melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Pour all dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. (I like to use a batter bowl.)
  2. In separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients with a whisk.
  3. Pour wet into dry and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup into heated skillet per pancake.
