Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/4 to 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large golden delicious apple (cored and sliced into about 16 pieces)
Directions
- In a small bowl combine chicken and dressing. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet on medium high heat.
- Add chicken to skillet and brown on both sides. (about 2 minutes each side)
- Add chicken broth to skillet and scrap skillet (I use a silicon spatula) to work brown bits into broth.
- Add apple and cover.
- Reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook until done (about 25 minutes)
