I have wanted to video myself cooking the dinner I am presenting for years. I finally gave it a try and I botched it. Half way through I turned off my microphone and forgot to turn it back on. So, here is my first attempt. (Sorry, I am not remaking dinner to try to get it right.) Let me know what you think. Please keep in mind that I am only using the webcam on my computer. If it seems worthwhile to do videos I might invest in other equipment to make a better presentation.
Again, I really want feedback. Tell me what you think. Don't be too harsh... please....
